We take positive steps to ensure students can fully participate in the services we provide.
We are committed to providing a harmonious working environment in which students are able to maximise their full potential regardless of age, disability, gender reassignment, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, gender or sexual orientation. As such we welcome student applications from all groups. All applicants are considered on the same criteria by reference to the course criteria, i.e., experience, academic achievements and other relevant skills which are required.
We believe in treating all our students equally and fairly and will endeavour to meet the needs and circumstances of each individual student.
We are committed to providing all of our students with the support they require to achieve the optimum professional development through our courses. We will work with students to provide our training resources and support in the format most suited to their individual learning needs. Students or potential students should contact the Course Manager if they wish to discuss their needs. If we are aware of specific needs we can provide more effective support.
We recognise the value of diversity and believe that all students are entitled to be treated with dignity and respect. Their individual views, personal beliefs and life choices should always be respected.
We are committed to identifying and eliminating any discriminatory practices and attitudes within our services and will do our utmost to resolve any problems and prevent recurrence.
We operate a comprehensive procedure for dealing with complaints and we aim to resolve these quickly and effectively within set time frames. Complaints are viewed positively and are considered an opportunity to raise the quality of service the Dental Business Academy provides.
Any student who feels they are being discriminated against should contact the Course Manager who will follow the company’s complaints procedure whereby the matter will be fully investigated and appropriate action taken.
We routinely collect and analyse feedback and information regarding the effectiveness and outcome of our services. We welcome any comments or suggestions and will consider these in a positive manner.
